Weekly Highlights 2/3/12 Mrs. Barulich

I'm going to have pretty high expectations when I fly to India and Pakistan someday as today was just over the top. Thank-you, thank-you to Mr. Aggarwal, Mrs. Junaid and Mrs. Mathur for their outstanding presentations. Mrs. Natarajan for the beautifully artistic henna on the children's hands and for Mrs. Smith taking so many wonderful pictures. And last of all, Mr. Nandori aka Mohandas Gandhi. It was an honor having you on our flight. Today IS a day that second graders will never forget.

Liam I loved the flight to India, dancing with the sticks, the henna on my hands, also celebrating my birthday at school with my friends and science!

Stefan I liked P.E., science, the flight to India was really cool. I'm happy that my mom was able to be here. I also liked working on my research report and discovering that Robert E. Lee married George Washington's great granddaughter!

Renee I liked the flight a lot! Andre, Audrey and momma also got to fly to India with us. I liked science and our experiment for mixing water, baking soda and vinegar and seeing it explode a little.
